When you request a quote we collect your name, email address, phone number, project address, preferred call time slot and the technical details of the project (renovation type, floor area and quality level). If you use the contact form we collect your name, email address and message. We also process browsing data if you accept measurement cookies.
We process your data to prepare and send you the requested quote, to contact you within the time slot you select and to answer your enquiries. The legal basis is the application of pre-contractual measures at your request, together with your consent. Browsing and advertising data are processed solely on the basis of your explicit consent.
