The estimate generated by the website calculator is indicative and NOT contractually binding. It is derived from average prices per square metre and does not account for the specific conditions of each property. A binding quote is always issued in writing following a technical site visit.
3. Use of the site
You agree to use the site in accordance with the law and to provide truthful information in the forms. Using the forms for purposes other than requesting services is not permitted.
4. Intellectual property
The content, trademarks, images and videos on this site belong to Refcon or are used under the relevant licence. Reproduction without prior written consent is not authorised.
5. Liability
Refcon is not liable for service interruptions beyond its control, nor for decisions taken solely on the basis of the indicative estimate provided by the website.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts designated under consumer protection legislation.
